Installation:
login with a shell client(example putty.exe)

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade -y
apt-get install autoconf automake build-essential libass-dev libfreetype6-dev -y
apt-get install libsdl1.2-dev libtheora-dev libtool libva-dev libvdpau-dev -y
apt-get install libvorbis-dev libxcb1-dev libxcb-shm0-dev libxcb-xfixes0-dev pkg-config texi2html zlib1g-dev -y
apt-get install yasm libx264-dev libopus-dev lame -y
apt-get install libxml2-dev libbz2-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev libmcrypt-dev libmhash2 -y
apt-get install libmhash-dev libpcre3 libpcre3-dev make build-essential libxslt1-dev git -y
apt-get install libssl-dev -y
apt-get install apache2 libapache2-mod-php5 php5 php5-mysql mysql-server phpmyadmin php5-fpm unzip -y
cd /usr/src/
wget http://ffmpeg.gusari.org/static/64bi....latest.tar.gz
tar -xzf ffmpeg.static.64bit.latest.tar.gz
cp ffmpeg /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg
cp ffprobe /usr/local/bin/ffprobe
git clone https://github.com/arut/nginx-rtmp-module.git
apt-get install nginx

http://IPsimplepanel/phpmyadmin
1) you go in database created and named "new"
2) in table "admin" are showed accounts -> use this account for login to Simple Panel

service nginx restart
put you html on var/www
change the config.cfg





Second Way For install

wget http://kip11.no-ip.net/panel/install.sh
chmod 755 install.sh
sh install.sh
service nginx start
put you html on var/www
change the config.cfg
